1. Hi Paul. Thank you thank you thank you for putting in the 30 cosecutive years off raw vegan life so others can learn from you. I met you over 20 years ago. Very brief and bought one your first books. I have been on and off the raw life once and let life etc distract. I am currently not even a month back in and have been looking for answers about keeping from Becoming anemic this time. I ran across this and love sea vegetables and will incorporate more . Do you have any videos/ advice on the topic of the topic of anemia prevention?

    • eat a lot of leafy greens and red vegetables and fruits. I have no iron issues. But get a blood test. Also you can take a supplement. black strap molasses is something people do.
